How fast are messaging replies?
Message us anytime & we try to get back to you as soon as possible/ We’re quick, but not bots. For deep dives, book your Zoom Session.

Can I pause or skip a season?
You can shift timing as needed within the year- life happens. We’ll keep you on track.

Need more than 4 sessions?
Contact us - we can upgrade you to a VIP plan or arrange one-off sessions at a special rate.

Do you offer couples or household plans?
Yes- email us for a custom rate.

What’s your refund policy?
Annual: all-in for the year (no refunds once activated). Quarterly: renews every 3 months; cancel before the next billing date. Monthly, cancel before the next billing date.

What if I want more hands-on help (in-person, events, shoots)?
We’ve got you- ask about VIP upgrades & special projects.

What happens in the Style Session?
Personalized expert guidance on wardrobe edits, outfit planning, special events, travel & more. Whether you choose from our curated Session Topics or bring a unique fashion goal, we’re here to help you navigate your style with ease & confidence.

Do I need to clean or organize my closet before our session?
Absolutely not! Come as you are. This is a judgment-free, safe space, & our job is to help you feel & look better, not to critique your space. Your closet doesn’t need to be perfectly organized & you don’t need to have anything "figured out" before we begin. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

I feel overwhelmed by my wardrobe. What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s exactly why we’re here. If you’re feeling stuck, uninspired, or unsure of your style, this process will help you gain clarity. We take things one step at a time, with zero pressure or expectation.

What should I wear to my session?
Whatever makes you feel comfortable! There’s no need to dress up or look a certain way, this is your space to show up as yourself, & we’ll meet you exactly where you are.

MESSAGING MEMBERSHIP

How does the Messaging Membership work?
Our Messaging Membership gives you unlimited direct styling support via WhatsApp messaging. It’s perfect for quick styling advice, outfit approval, or shopping guidance.

What kind of support can I get through messaging?
You can send texts, photos, videos, links, & voice notes for:
✔ Getting dressed in real time & trying new outfit combos.
✔ Shopping guidance (send fitting room pics for instant feedback!).
✔ Quick style check-ins, get expert approval before making a purchase.

How fast can I expect a response?
We aim to respond quickly during our styling hours to ensure you get timely support for all your styling needs!

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You can purchase a Style Alchemist Gift Certificate for someone special. Gift certificates can be purchanged for Yearly & Monthly Plans

How does the recipient redeem their gift certificate?
After purchasing, the recipient will receive a unique code & a link to book their session. They can redeem it anytime by scheduling a session on our website.
